Symptoms

The usual – tired, hungry, lots of pee breaks (although those seem like they may be slowing a bit). Developed a painful heat rash on my chest. I soaked a washcloth in cold water and baking soda and used that as a compress a few times each day and it was almost gone in about 3 days.

Cravings/Aversions

Nothing unusual.

Saturday: 5.84 mile run
Sunday: 8 mile OC6 (outrigger canoe paddling)
Monday: 3.8 mile run
